Once you accept the offer, I take it from here. Because I buy properties directly to renovate and restore them myself, there are no long strings of "middlemen" or outside investors to wait on. I handle the inspections and coordinate all the details, allowing you to bypass the typical real estate headaches and focus entirely on your next move.
#3 We Close
After the details are finalized, you choose the closing date that fits your schedule—whether that's in seven days or next month. I partner with a trusted local title company to handle the heavy lifting of paperwork and escrow. You don't even need to be present for the closing. Once the keys are handed over, you get your cash, and I take over the responsibility of the home. It’s that simple: your property is sold, and your fresh start begins.
